Every new project begins with the creation of patterns, prototype, and samples tailored to your specific needs
STEP 1: CREATING PATTERNS
HOW DO I START WITH PATTERNS?
Existing reference samples, such as a jacket or shirt from your personal closet, can be used to develop patterns to helps us determine the desired shape and size. For bags and clothing, having a reference sample is invaluable, as it provides a clear guide for the design and dimension of the final product
Using photos and precise measurements is a great way for us to get started on creating a custom pattern WHEN you don't have a reference sample
Further specifications and details can be taken and considered once you meet with the team
STEP 2: PROTOTYPING & BRINGING YOUR VISION TO LIFE
Once the pattern is finalized, we move on to the prototype stage. During this phase, we create a prototype using fabric, ensuring that we conserve your actual materials until you approve the design.
This gives us the flexibility to make adjustments-whether it's changing measurements or adding/ removing features like pockets and trims.
STEP 3: FINALIZING YOUR PROTOTYPE & NEXT STEPS
Once your prototype is finalized, we will proceed with creating a finishing sample. This sample is crucial as it determines the production cost, which is based on the time required to produce a single unit.
