YES, you're welcome to bring your own patterns for us to create a sample with. Please be advised that if any modifications are necessary, a correction fee will be assessed.
CAN I UTILIZE EXISTING PATTERNS?
NO, each pattern is owned by an individual or entity that has invested in its development. When we create a pattern for you, it becomes your exclusive property, ensuring you have full rights to its use.
DO YOU WORK WITH FABRICS OTHER THAN LEATHER?
YES, we do not limit ourselves to leather since our founding 20 years ago, DND has evolved from specializing exclusively in leather to working with divers array of fabrics and garments. We are committed to providing high-quality products across various materials to meet the needs of our clients.
DO I NEED TO PROVIDE MY OWN MATERIALS?
YES, at D&D, we operate as an assembly line, which means we handle the entire process for you. We do require all necessary fabrics to start your project.
This ensures that we can complete your order without delays caused by missing items, such as hardware or fabrics
WHAT IS MY EXPECTED TURNAROUND TIME?
For most sample projects, the turnaround time is typically 2 to 3 weeks. Having all materials ready helps us meet this timeline efficiently. Timing may vary depending on the complexity of your project.
WHAT IS THE COST OF A SAMPLE?
Sample cost varies depending on the intricacies of your design. More complex designs require additional time and effort.
HOW CAN I GET STARTED?
To begin the process, you may email us images of your designs or reference, and we will provide a close estimate based on that information.
For optimal results, we encourage you to provide a tech pack. A tech pack contains detailed specifications regarding your product, including size, shape, fabric, hardware, and placement. Having a tech pack is a great way to communicate your specifications, however, it is not a requirement to initiate the process.
